Our story.

Hello!

We are beyond excited that you want to learn more about us, and that you are considering making us a part of your journey!

We met in the Summer of 2022 at the Tepper School of Business of Carnegie Mellon University. At that time, Kevin was leading the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) program and working on the upcoming launch of the Master of Science in Management (MSM) program. Mattia had just joined the School as an Adjunct Professor of Business Analytics after teaching for 4 years as a Consulting Professor at the Fuqua School of Business of Duke University.

Over the years, our interactions with hundreds of extremely bright students have cemented our belief that earning a degree from a prestigious institution does not automatically translate into an easy job search experience. We also know that finding a job is even harder for international students or fresh graduates with little or no prior work experience.

While there is no doubt that traditional education continues to be an invaluable stepping stone for the leaders of tomorrow, it is very clear to us that

  • the lack of a developed professional network

  • gaps in preparation for technical and behavioral job interviews

  • differences between the US cultural landscape and “home”

  • the anxiety associated with immigration and obtaining work authorizations and visas

  • difficulties with time management and communication

are just some of the obstacles that prevent many recent graduates from being successful in their job search.
